Positive: Great place for 1 night stay close to Rome. Perfect in summer because of access to the beach. There is also a restaurant literally on the beach.

Positive: The location was great being a beach hotel close to room. I liked the fact that this is a smaller hotel. The breakfast consisted of typical Italian fare of cake and pastries as well as coffee and juice upon request. The staff were all more than willing to accommodate us as a family when we could only speak English and German. They made an effort to understand us and provided great service. The room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate our family of 4. The location and beach access are great and we had a wonderful time at the beach. The restaurant is also good.

Negative: Nothing really comes to mind.

Positive: Location was right on the beach and room had a small fridge, but other facilities in the room were basic but clean and tidy. Good location if you want to visit outside of Rome and along the southern coastline. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant closes in the off season so check if you were wanting to eat in, there are however lots of restaurants within an easy drive and set breakfast is served.

Negative: Facilities were basic so make sure you understand this before you book and are happy, also check restaurant available as only open seasonally. Could do with some maintenance to bathroom shower screen
